HAFHS Turns one!

HAFHS is ONE YEAR OLD! One year ago, we unlocked our doors and sat eagerly awaiting our first guest! So many emotions – would anyone show up? Would they enjoy their time at the center? Would they understand the overall vision?

Within five minutes of opening, the first shoes emerged at the top of the stairs! Then another pair, and another…..

Now, one year later – we are so happy to serve over 100 homeschooled families in the Pittsburgh area.

THANK YOU to everyone who believed in the purpose of this center as much as we do!

THANK YOU to all of the educators who conducted a class or organized a club – we appreciate you!

THANK YOU to all of the volunteers who provided a service, helped clean up at the end of the day, ran our Santa Workshop, etc. – there is no gesture too small – we appreciate you!

THANK YOU to all who have generously donated to our nonprofit over the last year – your altruism has allowed us to continue to keep membership costs low for our families!

THANK YOU to our members! You are what makes HAFHS possible and what inspired us in the first place to create this environment!
